Paid extra for fast pass and it was a complete waste

Ok to be clear I am giving Highly Suspect the 5 stars because they are one of the very best Bands out there touring these days. these days . However live nation ,Ticket master or the venue needs to make improvement's with the Fast Pass I purchased four fast passes at 25 dollars each, when we arrived at the venue The entrance is a big red double door There is no marked area or even a sign that say's where to line up and there should be a clearly ,marked area for fast pass purchasers . We stood in the pouring rain and waited outside the door for over two hours They finally opened the doors and told everyone to split into two lines one line for fast pass and one for regular ticket holders. Then they just started scanning everyone through at the same time they did not even bother checking the fast pass and the only reason to purchase the pass is because it is supposed to gain you early entry before regular ticket holders. So I am out a hundred dollars that was spent on useless Fast passes. With that said Highly Suspect put on an amazing show as always.
